Tickamore

Tickamore exhibits at the SITEM

In March, Tickamore had a prominent participation at the renowned SITEM fair in Paris, a key event for museum and cultural institution professionals. The company was present throughout the fair with an information booth, where it presented its ticketing and access control solutions adapted to the cultural and leisure sector.

One of the highlights was the talk entitled “Invisible threats in cultural institutions”, given by Ana María Prieto, head of operations at Alhambra for Tickamore, and Jérôme Russeaux, Tickamore’s delegate in France. The presentation addressed the digital risks faced by museums, monuments and cultural centers, focusing on threats that are not always visible, but can seriously compromise the digital security of visitors and institutional data.

During the talk, real cases, prevention strategies and the keys to strengthen the digital resilience of these institutions were shared. The message was clear: digital protection of cultural heritage must be a priority in an increasingly digitized context.

Tickamore’s presence at SITEM 2025 not only consolidated its positioning in the field of ticketing solutions in the cultural world, but also reinforced its commitment to training in digital best practices. The fair was also an excellent opportunity to connect with cultural managers, museum directors and technology experts, generating synergies and new collaborations.

Tickamore thus continues its work to raise awareness and support cultural institutions in their digital transition, always with security as the cornerstone.
